Structure Description
The GGD AC low-voltage power distribution cabinet adopts the form of a general-purpose cabinet. The frame is assembled from 8MF cold-formed steel by partial welding. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the designated steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy of the cabinet. And quality. The GGD cabinet is designed with full consideration of heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the hot air rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly replenished into the cabinet from the lower slot, so that the sealed cabinet is automatically A natural ventilation duct is formed from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
According to the requirements of modern industrial product design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden ratio method to design the appearance of the cabinet and the division size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and fresh.
The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a hinge type movable chain, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain-shaped rubber-plastic strip is embedded at the folding edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door The direct collision of the cabinet also improves the protection level of the door.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with knurled screws. The whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection system.
The surface paint of the cabinet is made of polyester orange-shaped baking paint, which has strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is in a matte tone, which avoids the dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, and users can also choose between IP20-IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment.
Application
GGD AC low voltage power distributing cabinet is applicable to power distribution system of AC50Hz, and with a rated operational voltage of 380V, rated operation current to 3150A in power users like generators, transformer substation, and mining enterprises, and it is used in power transformation, distribution and control of driving motor, illumination and power distribution equipments.
Conditions of Use
1. Ambient air temperature: not higher than +40℃, not lower than -5℃, the average temperature within 24h should not be higher than +35℃;

3. The relative humidity of the surrounding air: not more than 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, and a larger relative temperature should be allowed at a lower temperature (for example, 90% at +2℃), taking into account the possibility of temperature changes Will occasionally produce condensation effects;
3. The inclination between the equipment and the vertical plane during installation does not exceed 5°C;
4. Installation place: the equipment should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and in a place where the electrical components are not corroded
