Automatic Reclosing Switch
ZW32 series outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker(VCB) is used in the three-phase power system with AC 50Hz as the function of opening and closing load current, overload current and short-circuit current. The VCB is mainly composed of integrated fixed pole, CT, operating mechanism and box. This type of product is miniaturized and equipped with manual emergency opening device. It has the following product structure features：
1.The box shell is made of high-quality stainless steel or ordinary steel plate by antirust treatment process and then spraying ultraviolet resistant varnish.
2. The insulation part is made of epoxy resin and silicone rubber composite insulation material, with high insulation grade and strong anti pollution ability. There is no transformer oil and sulfur hexafluoride gas in the tank, meeting the requirements of oil-free transformation and environmental protection.
3. The operating mechanism is a spring operating mechanism, with manual and electric modes. The design of unique buffer device, excellent performance, small rebound, low noise.
4. The vacuum interrupter adopts special stainless steel brazing technology, which is stable and reliable with low air leakage rate. Advanced ceramic metallization technology ensures the air tightness of products
5. The CT is made of high-quality magnetic conducting material and composite insulation of epoxy resin and silicone rubber.
6. According to the user's needs, it can cooperate with the corresponding controller to form auto recloser and sectionalizer, which is the ideal equipment to realize the distribution network automation.

ENVIRONMENT CONDITION
1. Ambient air temperature: -25°C~+40°C;
2. Altitude: no more than 2000m;
3. The ambient air may be polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases, steam or salt fog;
4. The wind speed does not exceed 34m/s;
5. Vibration or ground motion from the switchgear and control equipment is negligible;
6. If beyond the above normal use conditions, pls discuss with the manufacturer.
INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
a. Operators should have a preliminary understanding of product performance, installation and adjustment, and maintenance knowledge. Problems in operation shall be recorded and the manufacturer notified as necessary.
b. Visual inspection shall be conducted for outdoor vacuum circuit breaker before installation. Check whether the insulating sleeve is damaged, whether the opening / closing and storage instructions are leaking, and whether the box is deformed. After inspection, the product shall be installed on the column above 4m. When installing the VCB with disconnector, the accuracy of the mechanical interlocking device shall be carefully checked.
c.The parameters were adjusted at the time of factory inspection. The user does not have to turn on the machine for inspection. The installation can only be carried out after the pressure test as required.
d. Before the product is put into operation, carefully check whether the rated voltage and current of each operating element are consistent with the actual situation. This mechanism is used to check whether the movement is correct.
