GW4-40.5 series light torque maintenance type outdoor high-voltage disconnector is an outdoor high waist electrical equipment with a frequency of less than 50Hz-60Hz. It is used for replacement under high-voltage no load, and for electrical isolation between the overhauled high-voltage bus, circuit breaker and other electrical equipment and live high-voltage lines. It can also be used to open and close very small capacitive current and inductive current.
According to the use area: ordinary type, pollution attached type and plateau type.
Whether the grounding switch is connected or not: ungrounded, single grounding and double grounding.
This series of disconnectors meet the requirements specified in GB1989-89 AC high voltage disconnectors, IEC1129 (1984), AC disconnector grounding switches and IEC694 (1980) common terms for high voltage switchgear and control equipment. This series of products have good seismic resistance and meet the requirements of 9 degrees of earthquake (horizontal acceleration 4.9m/s2 and vertical acceleration 2.45m/s2).

1. The disconnector is of double column horizontal rotary structure
Each pole is composed of three independent monopoles, and each monopole is composed of base, insulating pillar and conductive part. Each pole has two insulating pillars respectively fixed on the bushings at both ends of the base and connected by connecting rods. Each insulating pillar can rotate horizontally with a rotation angle of 90 °. The insulating pillar is equipped with conductive wiring base and left and right contacts. The left and right contacts are in contact between the two insulating pillars through the conductive plate. The structural type, base, post insulator and other components of products with different current specifications are the same, but the conductive circuit is slightly different.
2. Structure of grounding switch
The static contact of the grounding switch is fixed on the conductive pipe of the disconnector, and the moving contact is installed on the end of the grounding knife steel pipe on the base.
3. Structure of manual mechanism
The manual mechanism is divided into CS11-1, CS11 and CS8-6D. Its operating handle rotates horizontally with a rotation angle of 90 °. CS8-6D is equipped with interlocking device to ensure the operation according to the specified procedure (main opening - ground closing - ground opening - Main closing).

The operating mechanism of the disconnector is connected with the driving stage of the disconnector through the connecting pipe. The main shaft of the mechanism rotates by 90 °, driving the insulating pillar of the driving stage to rotate by 90 °, and the connecting rod in the base drives the insulating pillar on the other side to rotate in the opposite direction to realize the opening and closing action. The driving stage drives the other two driven poles to rotate through the inter pole linkage pipe, so as to maintain the three-phase synchronous action. The auxiliary switch in the mechanism is connected with the main output shaft of the mechanism and sends the corresponding opening and closing signal in the opening and closing position.
The main shaft of the three-phase grounding switch is connected with the horizontal connecting pipe through the joint, the handle of the operating mechanism rotates horizontally by 90 °, and the horizontal connecting pipe is driven to rotate through the connecting rod to realize the opening and closing action of the grounding switch.
The operating mechanism is connected with the main shaft of the disconnector and grounding switch through the connecting pipe. The cs8-6d manual mechanism is equipped with the disconnector with grounding knife, and its output interlocking board ensures the operation according to the specified procedure (main opening - Grounding closing - Grounding opening - Main closing).
The use of inferior disconnector will lead to porcelain bottle fracture fault and overheating of conductive circuit. During operation, the spring will be compressed for a long time due to static contact finger compression.
If the working current is large and the temperature rise exceeds the allowable value, its elasticity will deteriorate and a vicious circle will eventually cause burning loss and endanger life safety!
